ableton11 bitwig4.3 cableguys midishaper

i recently tried to use cableguys midishaper on ableton11.
i routed midi as they told on their website.whenever i started ableton totally bugged out with crackles or whatnot, no chance to paly even one note without.

i then started bitwig did all the same (the midi routing is even easier than in ableton live tbh:D). and EVERYTHING worked fine. no crackles no nothing. even the wierdest stuff of midishaping thrown on absynth was played with zero problems. and even the chain routing of hy seq32 to midishaper to absynth worked like a charm, while ableton live totally messed up any sound into a crackling mass of garbanzo...

anyone knows whats goin on with that midishaper thing in ableton 11? or does live 11 just can´t handle it?
