"Enable DPI Awareness" cuts off the GUI. Without, the cursor is way off. Any fixes? (plugin: Scaler 2)

I'm sure this has been covered, but everything I could find with search was kind of an "almost" but not quite addressing how to deal with this issue.

I just bought a plugin (Scaler 2) and when I load it, the GUI is smaller than the window, and the mouse has to hover like 2 inches to the right of where I want to click.

So when I choose "Enable DPI Awareness", the cursor is now in the right spot, but the window is way smaller than the GUI, effectively cutting off most of the interface. I can't seem to find any way of resizing the window, is there a way? Did I just buy a plugin I can't use?

(My DAW is Waveform 11 Pro)

I know this won't help you but no issue with Scaler 2 in Waveform 11 Pro, nor W12 Pro, "Enable DPI Awareness" On or Off...
Waveform Pro 13.5.25 Windows 10

I would recommend also including details like OS and screen resolution and VST version.

Surely there must be consensus by now...
