New three additional instruments Are you going to buy? Upgrade.
I'm thinking of upgrading from Collection 3. Oh, and they have updated Korg Odyssey GUI. Now I can see it clearly (edit: Mac only! Windows version stays blurry on 4k scaled monitor! Come on Korg!)

New:
MicroKORG
ELECTRIBE-R
KAOSS PAD
I'm on Legacy Collection. A very easy pass for me as the upgrade price is $199, and none of the new instruments are tempting.
[POST EDITED, I ORIGINALLY PUT I WAS ON V3 AND I'M NOT]

An upgrade from 3 should be $99 atm. https://korg.shop/software/korg-collect ... ion-3.html

I am also on Collection v3 and upgrade price is $99. Still, it is not tempting as I am at most interested in the Electribe.

Either way, I agree with you. None of those additions are interesting enough for me to part with even $99. I was somehow foolishly hoping Wavestate or OpSix would be bundled but I guess that wouldn't make it a Legacy Collection. They are on special... hmmmmnoiseboyuk wrote: ↑Wed Nov 23, 2022 7:45 amMy bad, I'm on Legacy Collection (pre Odyssey), not v3.Elysium.NZ wrote: ↑Wed Nov 23, 2022 7:28 am An upgrade from 3 should be $99 atm. https://korg.shop/software/korg-collect ... ion-3.html

Opsix and Wavestate are not included. How disappointing.

Well, I demoed the three products and spent about 50 mins or so with them! I really liked miniKorg. It is a fantastic simple VA synth. Very elegant IMO and sounds great! Then demoed Electribe R and I fell in love with this small drum machine. The last third one is very nice effect also. It might replace some workflow I have with automation (effects) as it is easy to just add a sudden burst of effect or some high quality effects in just some sections of the songs.
After all, I found them might be very useful tools. I also like a lot the CPU usage as it is about 5% on M1 Mac for microKorg and Electribe-R. KAOSS PAD seems deep! It uses max 20% but man! It is fantastic! Overall, I liked them all and upgraded for $99 which I found a great price for adding those three. But I wouldn't buy them for $99 each!

Can I really see that the upgrade from the M1LE is no longer available? (or I just can't find it?)
UPD: Oh, I found, just under a new name: "KORG Collection 4 for KORG Software Bundle offer"

It does support VST3. For me it already did (as of 1.4.0), but they just added VST3 support for Windows in the new version (see the 1.5.0 release notes).
The release notes don't mention this, but they also made the UI high res.
