What's the problem?

As an outsider I have difficulty understanding what you are doing in that video. There is a long and a very short audio track, that's all I see. Looks like these are imported. So your render was done out of our sight.

Just looking at the thumbnail, its Audacity.

I can fly Audacity a wee bit, but have no idea what is actually being done, the video doesnt show the actions, it seems to be cropped to only show the results of those actions, and Im not psychic.

Blue Outline: I have exported 10 minutes video and 4mb file size has better compressed but is video quality is too low and stuck in black screen and no audio.
Red Outline: I have exported 4 seconds video but file size is too big and bad export settings, This a corrupted beyond 4 seconds up to 20 minutes likely unreadable clips. There's no audio but audio clip has bad sector.
