Still not sure about this control. Does anyone know what exactly thing this does? When turned on, the UV needle doesn't "vibrate" anymore. It's more stable. The sound has less dynamics .It it just a second compressor? When it it useful to use this control? Thank you.

I've seen this before. It's just a sentence without much detailes. What would be the practical use of it? I noticed it makes the sound flatter. But I could achieve the same sound with a lower threshold I guess?

The "denser compression characteristics" to me sound like a fatter but, yeah, flatter (sometimes congested) compressor. Essentially it should add, I guess, more saturation and result in a higher ratio. I generally use it only when I want something to become some sort of wall of sound without having that much compression after all.

Pretty much yes.
It says: "Enables a second variable mu tube stage" - so another vacuum tube inside a unit. Keep in mind this is all virtual and not a real thing - in order to know how it works exactly you would have to ask a person who wrote algorithm.
Since you have two tubes - gain reduction is applied twice in series and you get combined release times so overall compression feels more relaxed. Thats just my guess.
