Hive 2 - Intrancer Skin Design V2 Update

[THE INTRANCER]

Over recent months, I've been working on a range of different skins for Hive 2. This has required a lot of time because it required a complete rescripting process in which to update an earlier version of Hive (fixing some bugs and graphics along the way). With this completed, I thought it would be nice to give away one of the twelve or so designs I've already created to users of Hive. The one I've included below is based on the first original Hive designs I made with a few design tweaks, which includes the latest updates to the script that I share with the others I've created. This is the first time that I've included a full skin design with all graphics provided.

What makes this skin unique is that you won't find any other skin like this with the latest features for free in regard to version 2 of Hive.

To use the skin.
Unzip the folder and place it in the Hive.data\Support\Themes

Yeah... that was the plan, but I found that even though I changed a huge amount, I wanted it to feel like a true successor to the original Hive V1 style design, just a bit more toned down whilst also addressing things I thought were a bit meh in the original V2 design that's provided. The alternative Izmo skin provided doesn't do it for me, too much grey, too much confusion, and too much stuff on screen. I hope people will consider looking at Hive now if they were put off by the GUIs provided by default.

Thanks, I've posted a few threads and have designs on my website of other Hive skin designs I've created. The most recent of threads show the design projects over the past month whilst the ones on the site are those from last year. Some of the more recent ones are based on the ones from last year but updated and some are completely new designs... many of which I have yet to reveal.
In total, I have around individual 40 GUIs created so far for Hive 2 but there is a limit in which Hive only allows you to set one of twenty to load as a default. You can of course choose as many as your screen will display from the default skin menu. To follow on from that, I'm looking at making these additional skins available via Gumroad or a similar site. I find that when composing music that when you have many instances of Hive, you are better able to identify what type of instrument / sound you are using just by the design / colour. Over the coming weeks, I'll probably be compiling a set of GUIs to be put up.
