Hello,
this is a masterpiece for me...

How would you reproduce the resonant bass that starts at 18 seconds with Diva or The Dark Zebra?
I tried for a while and I'm sort of there, but not actually there :\
Anybody knows what gear was used and how to get that sound with the above mentioned synths?
Or in alternative any other VST synth (or VST synth + additional VST filter) that can get there?
Thanks!
- Mario

Possible, and also possible it's a bass and a synth layered on top of it (with band pass filtering and variable resonance).
Hoped to find some actual evidence on interviews, breakdowns etc.
Thanks,
Mario

It's far from perfect but if you can open these Vital pathes you can see how to create that metallic boing sound with FM. Adjust to taste and use the filter with automation to lower the cutof down and up like in the song.
The 2nd layer is to fill the sound
