Cart problem

Greetings.

There's no option to REMOVE items from the shopping cart.

Also, the customer support page is broken:

...Bad ju-ju. I know TAL is well-loved by the community, so I'll reserve judgement, but: woof. Missed a sale tonight. :-\

EDIT: By the by, I wanted to remove an item from my cart because I had added it just to see the price. The price should be listed on the product page, but doesn't seem to be (at least not obviously enough for me to find it). ...Having to add something to one's cart just to see the price is... unfortunate.

I ran into the same issue. If they're not going to let you remove stuff they shouldn't make you add it to check the price. You can actually force it to clear by deleting the cookies on the cart page (just be sure to exit the page afterwards rather than refreshing, as the URL will re-add the item you just added), but it should definitely be possible from the website.

I pointed out to Patrick a few days ago that the prices should be displayed on the product pages, it will be implemented. The only reason it's not done atm is because tax is calculated (by the e-commerce system) for your country once the item is in your cart afaik. He suggested he'll add the prices excluding your local tax. I'll check in with him about the inability to remove items though. thanks for the heads up.

OK the prices have been added to each product page - excluding your local tax which will be added at checkout.
Unfortunately the missing "remove from cart" is a bug with the e-commerce software, Patrick has reported it to them. Sorry for that! It's quite a big bug and very inconvenient! It's actually browser specific though. On my Mac I don't see the option to remove the item if I use Brave, my normal browser which is Chrome based, if I use Safari I can remove items by clicking the x next to the product:

The "Contact Us" link on the e-commerce site? That's the support link for 2checkout who handle the payment transaction, nothing to do with TAL but I'll get Patrick to let them know.
If you let me know which product you were keen to buy I'm sure I can sort out a discount voucher for you.
