Root bass accompaniment function

Good day,

I need a VST3 effect that is able to recognize chords and changes the incoming MIDI notes always to the root note of the detected chord. E. g. if I play an A major I want the A note to get passed through. My idea is to play chords and get a string sound as result (in a second track that uses the same MIDI input and the same MIDI notes WITHOUT the plugin) as well as a note for a bass that I would insert after this VST effect.

If you know the Accompaniment function of a keyboard you probably may assume what I want to achieve (without a style being played): You normally can hear a pad that plays the whole chord in a seperate channel when you play a chord with the left hane (what I would realise with simple the notes played on the MIDI input) as well as a bass that only plays the root note.

Does anybody know such a plugin or could anyone create this for me??
