Crackling while especially using serum

I just got a new CPU (11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900K)

and new RAM (32,0 GB)

But when I start to have some Serum sounds open (From 5 and up ) the sounds starts to pop, and crackles

The strange thing is that when it happends, my CPU is still low (Around 30%) And memory also low (Around 30% too)

I have a focusrite soundcard 3rd gen

Dont know if its because of my soundcard, and I should buy a better one , or ?

Because I really wants to get rid of the crackels and pops

I did all things to prevent using a lot of CPU (high buffer, using FL ASIO, and also tried many things on my PC

Power saving modes on the cpu can sometimes cause this - have you tried choosing a high performance power mode in Windows?
