Hello all!

I need a reliable 16 pad MIDI controller.. no sounds, just pads. A trnsport control would be a bonus.

The pads also need to have a TOGGLE mode.

I've looked at a few (Akai, Novation) and the reviews vary wildly on the quality.. lotf of whining about double triggers, poor support.. the usual.

Can anyone with real-life experience recommend a controller? Preferably under $200?
