The song is quite simple but I'm curious what effects were used on the vocal. Personally, I hear something like inverted reverb or modulated by some other effect, but I'm not sure. For me the vocal is not clean and there must be something more than reverb.
At 31 seconds, there is also an increasing sound effect in front of the vocal. How can something like this be achieved?
What effect was used on the vocal in this Eurodance song?

Ok I edit this to be concise I reckon on 1/32 note tempo synced gating across the whole mix maybe with varying wet/dry mix, try 40pct wet or so as a starting place. I checked another video of the same track and version as it sounds a little like something went wrong but it is on 2 different videos.
Possibly FM or Ring mod as possibilities if gating not working out.
At the start of vocals yes reverse reverb precedes, you are probably going to have to experiment with some cut up phrases to get the same style of effect/note.
