Guitar Rig 6 does import a preset but doesnt show in preset list

hi, this happens randomly, i dunno why, i also tried to shorten the names etc. i click file -import and then in the left preset browser it doesnt show up!
but in my user directory it is imported. it works a lot of times and then some times not. does anyone have an idea?
restart of teh DAW and inserting Guitar Rig 6 doesnt help.
