Dynamic EQ just pushes up/down a certain point of frequencies, just like an EQ would do but with movement
Multiband compressor.........its the same as compressor...but removes the dynamic range from specific set of frequencies instead of the whole signal
Final thing i want to check is: Dynamic EQ does not change dynamic range...but Multiband Compressor changes dynamic range of those specific frequencies?
are the above correct?

Dynamic EQ is something like an F6 from Waves Audio. It can serve as an EQ but allows you to compress the sound at very specific frequencies with an adjustable Q. It can also use a side chain to trigger compression at very specific frequencies as well.
A multiband compressor is similar, but has no EQ settings, just multiple bands you can compress. The F6 you can use as EQ on some frequencies and a compressor at others. It gives you a much more fine control over the shape of the sound.
With the F6 you can adjust the EQ or compress on the mid or side channel only at a specific frequency. It allows you to be much, much more surgical than a 4-band compressor for example.
The F6 and SSL E Channel are two plugins that I believe professionals use often when mixing and mastering.

Yes you are somewhat correct. To all intents and common purposes, you're spot on, in fact. 
"The "Multiband Compressor" changes the dynamics of all bands." - not if you don't compress certain bands. You can choose to just compress a certain band or bands and don't have to compress everything, which is a not uncommon thing to do with multibands. The OP is right.
