IK shows Amplitube Leslie as being registered and installed.
I do not see it within Amplitube (vst in Gig Performer).
Any guidance is appreciated.

Did you restore your gear in CustomShop?

No. Does it matter if I didn't purchase it through the Custom Shop?
(And thanks for trying to help me with this)

The plugin .dll files should be in
Program Files\VstPlugins
Program Files\Common Files\VST3
The support data in
C:\users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia
presets etc in
C:\users\you\My Documents\IK Multimedia
Can be lucky to run the standalone, and select your computer preferences from that interface.
Then have your daw rescan all plugins, including any extra plugin paths you may have in place.
Cheers

Thx. I can get Amplitube running. It "seems" every option (amps, effects, etc.) is locked.
I have SE and now Amplitube Leslie, which is really the one I wanted to try.
I'll poke around more. I don't know if I just have not found the Leslie options or whether they're still locked. Trying to figure this out.
I guess I could look at the online manual too.

Open up the IK Product Manager and reauthorize AmpliTube.
Also be aware that the Leslie amps are found under “Clean” and the Leslie cabs are under “Other.”
Under COLLECTION, Leslie is found near the bottom, next to JOE SATRIANI.

I have attached some pictures. As it can see, the IK Product Manager says Amplitube is authorized and installed.
Under it, it lists the following items as being registered: Amplitube 5 CS, Amplitube 5 SE, and Amplitube Leslie
I have tried reauthorizing several times. I had also reinstalled. (I also refreshed the preset browser).
I still can't find Amplitube Leslie. As you can see in the photos, the preset browser lists Amplitube 5, Amplitube 5 CS, and Amplitube Max. I don't know if it should list Amplitube 5 SE and/or Amplitube Leslie.
I attached a picture of the collections and, in the speaker cabinet collection, I do not see Leslie (or anywhere).
Am I missing something?

but do you have a separate "AmpliTube Leslie" product in IKM products?
Close AT. Run IKM product manager, sync and re-authorized. Then do same thing in Custom Shop

Thank you for everyone's help.
Actually I think IK Tech Support got me the answer (I will need to confirm, but I think so).
They showed me the button to push so only items I own are shown. It looks like the Leslie cabinet are there.
I don't have time to play through it right now, but hopefully that resolves this.
Thanks again. (If something is still off, I'll let you know).
[PS:Just checked. Got the Leslie working!]

Nope, it absolutely doesn't in any way. Regardless of how you got it, it always needs to be "restored" in CS. (Not quite sure whether "restore" is really the best term for this function. What it does is to scan all the Amplitube (it's the same for T-Racks by the way) gear you have in your user-account and then enable everything it finds.)jeffn1 wrote: Sun Jan 15, 2023 10:59 pm No. Does it matter if I didn't purchase it through the Custom Shop?

I've found more recently that RESTORE MY GEAR in the Custom Shop app doesn't always do the trick, and clicking Re-Authorize (by rolling over "Authorized") in the IK Product Manager is sometimes necessary. Or perhaps even a combination of both methods.

A little thread hijack here. Is there a quick way to change the Leslie speed using the modwheel? I've made it work but it's incredibly convoluted and it has to be set up manually every time:
Settings
Control
Control Change
Preset (switch from Global)
Add
Cab A
Model
Speed parameter
Learn
Modwheel
Every time for every preset. Anyway to automap this for everything that uses the rotor?
