Hey folks. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem and/or knew how to fix it. The Rolling Sampler plugin works great at recording everything coming out of my DAW (Ableton Live), but no matter what I do with VB-Audio's Cable and/or Voicemeeter settings the standalone version always has horrible scratching/clicking sounds when recording the Windows audio output. I.e. What used to be the "Stereo Mix" - whatever's being sent to your speakers. The manual says it should work. Although it also says the specifics are "beyond the scope" of the manual.

Doesn't seem to matter what sample-rate I choose or how I route things via virtual sound devices, the recording is always unusable because of this crackling noise. It sounds like what you get when the sample-rate is too low and your CPU is struggling to keep up. Except the CPU is nowhere near capacity and it's always identical regardless of sample-rate settings.

Any advice very much welcome. Thanks! :)

(P.S. I can get a crackle-free recording by sending audio out of my USB headphone amp and back in through my Focusrite, but that's kind of a ridiculous workaround when the manual itself says it should work internally.)
