Upgrading Studio's sound Quality

I'd like some advice and recommendations on upgrading some of the equipment in my home recording studio to improve my sound quality.
I really appreciate any help I can receive! My current set up is; a Scarlett 18i8, Bluebird SL, 2 KRK Rokit 5s, a KRK 10S, Maschine Studio and my MIDI keyboard running on Windows 11 Pro.
Now, unless advised otherwise I intend to get a Furman PL-Plus C power conditioner and the PreSonus Monitor Station V2, no matter what...
But now; Which audio interface, preamp and microphone should I purchase...???
What I want is a UAD Apollo interface, the Neumann TLM 103 and then based on those two specific selections, would determine what preamp I get....
My budget is the ultimate factor after everything else so my alternative to the Neumann microphone is the Shure SM7B.
Now with selecting the Shure mic, I'm thinking that I'll not upgrade to a UAD interface and instead continue using the interface that I've been using and then decide what preamp to purchase to accompany my 18i8, Shure mic and the rest of my studio's set up...
My logic is that UAD and Neumann are such extremely fine, delicate and sophisticated upgrades that a proper preamp of at least equal qualitative value must accompany them...
Along with the rest of my equipment that I already have now and then taking into consideration, future hardware/equipment I'll inevitably be purchasing; If I'm going to get a UAD interface, it would likely have to be at the very least the X4, correct; in order to actually be able to “plug up” and connect all my pieces of equipment to the interface...???
If I am correct in my assumption then the “Neumann upgrade option” may be too expensive...
However, because I'm going to get a power conditioner and a studio monitor controller anyway; I'm thinking that along with the Shure mic there'd still be a very decent improvement in my studio's sound quality without breaking my budget.
My logic here is that since I'll not be getting a Neumann then maybe it's not so important to upgrade my interface just yet.
My 18i8 with the Shure mic, V2 controller and power conditioner accomplishes sound quality improvement in my studio so then now all I'd need is the right preamp for that setup.
And my 18i8 would be enough “room”/”space” for me to “plug up and connect” the Shure mic, V2, monitors/subwoofer, drum machine, MIDI keyboard and of course the preamp that compliments this particular setup, correct???
If so, then the Shure option is more affordable; it improves my sound quality (and not to mention, I still have to make a selection to buy a preamp) and it sets me up and allows for me to properly and affordably prepare for when I am ready for a UAD/Neumann upgrade...
So, do I have the right idea here?
Am I going about this accurately?
Might there be a way to upgrade to the UAD/Neumann and still honor a strict budget or do I have the right idea here and the Shure option is more suitable???
And finally, of course after deciding what mic I'll get; What preamp would be recommend to purchase???
I appreciate the time taken to assist and advise me.
Let me know if there's any additional information needed or if I may've forgotten to mention/detail anything.
I'm not necessarily married to any of my preferences so I'm open to consider other ideas/recommendations.
Thanks again!

Consider your room acoustics first, before spending 2 grand on a mic and audio interface.
An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

at no point in the post, did you mention the issue with the sound quality?

Also, choice of commercial audio interface and mic isnt really within the DIY forum remit. This forum is for people building their own equipment.
(admittedly DIY acoustic treatment might fall under that, but that's not actually the question at this point)
