VST that transposes signals/master bus in CENTs?

hi guys, im fiddling with some old projects where i used a lot of Master Pitch in FL Studio and after all these years i set them all to 0 and found out that i didnt care much or knew that e.g. -1200 Cents are not for every VST = -12 Semi and so things sound mostly ok somehow (i went by ear i guess lol) there might be of course clashing frequencies as the samples respond correctly to the Master Pitch, fo they are -12 Semi and some VSTs dont even get bothered and play the same Pitch no matter which Master Pitch i choose and standard Pitchbend in many VSTs is -2 and +2 so this is like a mess.

still i found that settings the Master Pitch to -100 Cents and having a VST on PB -2 and +2 is the same as having -10 Cents set when changing the Master Pitch to 0 and the PB in the VST to -12 and +12. some might say you dont hear the -10 Cents but yes you hear it, gives somethimes a nice different tone. so is there a VST which transposes a whole project in CENTS values?

so i can reset the Master pitch, set all the PB from VSTs to -12 and +12 and then slap a Transposing VST on Master Bus.
