NKS versions and fixes for Unfiltered Audio plugins (for Komplete Kontrol/Maschine)

I have updated the NKS or created new ones in some cases for the following Unfiltered Audio effects which were broken in the VST3 version:

SpecOps
ZIP
BYOME
Triad
Fault
Sandman Pro
Dent 2

the first 4 have 'official' NKS versions already so didn't need the extra graphics/database files but the rest don't so have those too

If you just use the VST2 don't worry about these, they are just for people who need the VST3 NKS presets working in NI Komplete Kontrol or Maschine

Hopefully eventually these will be fixed by PA/UA but I couldn't wait
