It is a lit version of the Plexi Super Lead 1959 (currently half price for €49) that has in the past been included in software bundles with Apollo (Universal Audio) audio interfaces. It might be still, and it might be included in other similar free-with-purchase bundles. But I don't think it is available to download on its own without a purchase.
