hi guys, im trying to replace ETCH as i dont trust this plugin and future not and im wondering if it isnt possible to make the filters more unique in Volcano 3 and easily modulateable?

e.g. i want to by eye and ear, recreate this ETCH filter, but in Volcano 3 i need about 3 filters, then mark them all 3 together but how can i then modulate them easily with 1 mod? it feels a bit more complicated than it has to be or im just too stupid ;).

thx

IIRC Volcano doesn't do weird filters out of the box, you have to recreate them with a combination then modulate all of them like you said.

To modulate all three at once you can modulate all three filters by the Slider modulator (for one variable eg. just frequency) or the XY controller modulator (two variables eg. frequency and peak).

thx a lot, i use the XLFO, kinda cumbersome Volcano 3, could be a bit more user friendly in my opinion :D
