EDIT:

thx to nucleon on Image Line
i had to turn of JITTER in Pitch Monster, and i had to adjust the rate a bit higher than in Pitch Shifter.

hi guys, the very old 32bit VST Pitch Shifter is very lovely, i used it a lot in the past, and it still works but the GUI often gets black when trying to reopen in FL Studio, i need to reopen the project and may not close the instance. still i try to replace it if possible for a newer VST so i just tested an older instance with simple controls.

1st example is with Pitch Shifter and the following settings

2nd example is then Pitch Monster, same settings + changing the Grain Value a bit, but sadly nothing comes really close.

does anyone have an idea why it sounds still too different? i guess it might be just the different processing (engine) of each plugin? cause it is just 100% wet & +7 Semitones.

thx
