Good evening from here!

I had used FX Teleport for a long time until developer starts dropping 32bit plugins, and I have used Vienna Ensemble Pro 6 and 7 since then. Currently, 1 Master PC, 1 32bit Slave PC, 1 64bit Slave PC. There are no big problems except for they are using USB-eLicenser, which is discontinued.

Unfortunately, Vienna dropped 32bit of VEP host when they went to iLok. The new version cannot even communicate with eLicenser protected version. When one of my USB-eLicenser gets broken, my production system will not work anymore :(

Do you have any suggestion for the alternative?

I checked AudioGridder but no 32bit version is available.
I own Blue Cat's Connect but I don't think it is an alternative solution of FXTeleport or VEP.
When Blue Cat releases multi 32bit / 64bit PC solution, I will definitely buy

I own jBridge and MetaPlugin which allows me hosting 32bit plugins in 64bit host, but I want to avoid bridging as far as I can, because of the performance overhead and compatibility.

It's really shame Vienna, they advertised "you can use your 32bit plugins in your 64bit DAW with VEP7!", but they discontinued before going 8. That function IS the reason I bought VEP :dog:

I doubt that the performance overhead of running two VEPs is any better…
You could also just stick with the older e-licenser based version of VEP…
And of course, how crucial are those 32-bit plugins you want to use? Maybe its easier to find a replacement for those…
If all other things fail, you can still ran those plugins in an ancient PC and connect audio via old fashioned cables. Think of those as being just like any hardware instrument…

Thanks for the suggestion!

If it's possible, I want to do. The problem is USB-eLicenser dongle does not have eternal life. My ones are already 7 or more years old. I'm not surprised if one of them passes away today. We can't expect Steinberg for the fix, as they don't support eLicenser anymore :?

I have no problems creating modern music with 64bit plugins, but I do create old style music too. When I want to make 2000 - 2009 style music, I need classic plugins. PowerCore, FireBird, reFX, Ravity, BigTick, SynthEdit and SynthMaker synths etc.

Yeah that is one of the simplest solution. I did that before I find FX Teleport and VEP :)
However, I need to give up many pros of VST and I will need extra multi in out interfaces to do that.

Yeah its time that those old aliasing beasts get a proper 64-bit emulation… But then we will hear these complaints about not being exact… and they are so much better than the new synths…; - )
You could actually also sample them with Sample Robot, if you are after certain presets…

That's not a bad idea! It should be good to rescue Luxonix Ravity and BigTick Angelina.
Waiting for the next sale 8)
