Raum's moronic interface

I just found this video of Native Instrument's Raum reverb effect.



In their wisdom, they've decided to hide all the numerical values of each dial, unless you are actually changing the value. Sheer genius. Why didn't they hide the names of the dials while they were at it, perhaps make them change places at random too? When is this 'modern' interface design stupidity ever going to end?
And why do all the knob titles have different amounts of darkness/lightness?

not policing anything, you have every right to dislike something.
you seem a little aggro, maybe have a snickers? seems to work in the advert.
