I've moved from S1 to Cakewalk. Now I don't have a decent surgical EQ + dynamic EQ. I can use Nova for dynamic EQ, but I still need a decent surgical EQ.

Can"t you use Nova as a usual eq, too?!
It's not adding colour, so just use it as surgical eq.
Or check ddmf

Of course! There's actually a surgical mode in Nova

With Plugin Alliances current Megasale they're giving out free $20 vouchers again (no minimum spend) so you could get something like bx_hybrid 2 for free if that style of EQ is any good to you...

Aside from the already mentioned, HoRNet - Total EQ might be another and is surely one of the most slept on. On Sale quite frequently too.

Venn Audio EQ is free and it has an analyser.

Recommend me a budget surgical EQ
