Ok....this a bit of a head scratcher. I get the need for good clean power on my physical pedal board for my real pedals. But a VST pedal power plugin? Maybe as a noise filter but i dunno it seems like a bit of fairy dust hype to me....and the fact that they're showing it "powering" the new native UAD plugins makes me even more suspicious:

JHS Pedals did something similar yesterday with a 9v battery simulator with 9 different battery emulation modes. They even made a twenty minute product announcement video with the pedal.
