Converting a reference track into midi?

Hello. Are there any plugins or software out there that intelligently detects the notes of a recorded song, and produces a midi file containing those notes based on what it picks up? Perhaps having parameters to only listen to certain frequencies, instrument types, leads, drums, etc.

This would be a huge time saver if I wanted to make a remake of a certain song I really liked.

Edit: I've tried using Dodo Midi 2, but it only works good for vocals and isolated instruments.

Edit 2: Closing this thread. Ableton already has a built in tool for this.
