I'm really liking this latest addition to the Augmented series. Just from the presets, it's very atmospheric.

Did anyone get the Cinematic Trio sound packs for Augmented series? I'm wondering if they are worth getting as well, it says 6gb of samples, at €29 crossgrade, I'm tempted.

Yes it is, seems a step up from the others. I'm wondering if the samples in the new soundsets bring the other 3 up to the same level.

Sounds amazing, but I keep getting an error box on both the standalone & plugins saying it can’t find the background picture so I have no gui. On a Mac with latest OS

I folded and bought the sound banks as well, it doesn't take much to twist my arm.

The samples in the sound packs are very good and do improve the others in the series. I imagine they will get added to V10, should add to any future crossgrade price... maybe!

Yeah, I figured if I was going to do it, then do it now, while I can get them each for the $29 upgrade as mentioned above.

Depends on what you want. Valves is just brass - realistic, with articulations etc. Augmented Brass starts with brass samples/wavetables but layers them with synth and other samples and is not intended as a traditional type of brass instrument - brass is just the starting point of a much more interesting musical journey.

I have to concur, Augmented Brass is at least as good as the rest of the Augmented series. Kudos to the Arturia team
