phrase variation "limit notes" is missing

Live 11.2.11
RC 4.6.3 Standalone

1. Drag in midi note phrase.
2. Right click to get phrase editor.
3. Select "Variations"
4. "Add..."
5. Manual says there is "Limit Notes", I do not see it in the "Variations" list.

I would like to be able to reduce the melody vertical octave notes as it is too broad for a bassline.

It's a track variation, not a phrase variation..

It has always been interesting to know why it is impossible to add this variation to the variations of the phrase? ))
