hi, it is really hard to find some good unique artists/pages :/ i struggle to find some good pages where you might find unique /exclusive artworks, eg. for synthwave etc. does someone know where you can get some reliable cover artworks? maybe even a collection of designers where you can say i pay this $$$ amount for an exclusive artwork?
i dont mean fivrr or something but serious stuff

DeviantArt or Newgrounds is where I would go. Upwork is the US equivalent of Fiverr. AI-generated artwork is also an option.

Otherwise, if your vision is so unique, just do it yourself.

The AI stuff is great, but I'd support a human.

I could not tell you, as I have little interest in AI-generation myself. I just know it makes sense for cheap work.

many use MidJourney. but i think it would be much cooler to use a real human artist. good luck.

A lot of good independent artists on Reddit/Art, ( for example:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Art/comments/1 ... ital_2023/). If you see someone whose style you like contact them and see if they will do a commission piece for you.

Have a play around with Bing's Image Creator (Microsoft). If nothing else, it might give you some images you can pass onto a human artist to show him/her/it the kind of thing you are looking for. Here are a few samples of results I've managed from just a simple text prompt, like "child playing with puppy" or "impressionist style beach painting".
