Recreating a tricky distorted synth

Hi all, I’m going about recreating DDR-Madness (Stressford World of Strange mix) I do t feel it’s aged that well, I love this mix so I want to update it for my sets. Got most of the percussive elements but the top line at the 6 minute mark has me stumped.
It sounds a lot like a heavily processed air raid siren played as some kind of chord or a part of the original processed to hell and back.
Really struggling to get it and I could really do with some help. I’ve attached a video below for reference, please help me with this
