Komplete Kontrol m32

Just bought this as I needed a midi controller and Komplete select so it was a nice bundle. But I keep getting the touch control error when i power it on with my computer which doesnt happen on my sisters computer. works fine, any ideas?

Maybe a firmware update is required, or a lack of power.
