AudioGridder, works on Mac, doesn't work on Windows 10 nor 11

installed audio gridder on Windows 11 as server and as plugin on M1 Macbook.
on macbook the plugin opens fine, but on windows the server keeps crashing while opening with this error "failed to bind to server port xxxx" as soon as I click OK it crashes.
Installed i on Desktop Windows 10 Machine, it starts up and freezes at "caching plugins" screen, waited about an hour before force closing it.
Main Computer Specs: MacBook M1 Max, 32GB, 4TB, Cubase 13.
