when use pitch option to tune sample often it add hear able latency to tuned drum pad
and e.g if you loop 8 bar by reaching to end of it
you feel song go slower than begin of loop
specially with kick sample

Not a bug, "Normal" pitch will change the length of the sample.
If you want the length of the sample to remain the same, then you want Pitch Shifting -> pitch that use stretching, and it is not available in the Lite version.
