Drum Samples for Dance Music

Does anyone know of a good sample library or any royalty-free drum samples for making cheesy dance and techno music?

There's a particular sound that I'm trying to replicate, it's difficult to explain but if you listen to this you'll know what I mean:

It's the snare drum I'm having problems with, so simple but I've never been able to find anything like it.
