Sounds like ye olde 303 square sound. Medium attack/decay filter env, square wave, some resonance and that should be all.

This is basically it but I think it's done in two layers for the lower part of the sound but I tried doing it in one.
The real analog filter and distortion definitely make it sound different but you can see how it's done.
