iLok created me another profile with 0 licenses

Hi everyone,

I recently moved my entire setup to another city and the only thing that is different than before is my internet connection.
iLok created another profile with 0 activations under the section "Local" with the same name and details as I have on my first profile which has 4 activations. Now, I can't use any of the plugins since those are activated on the profile which says "Offline computer that has activations that belong to you", while I'm using the exact same setup as before, without any system changes etc.

What should I do?

P.S. I'm new to iLok so pardon me if this is a beginner question, I might've missed something but can't seem to find help

Consider not being controlled by DRM.

I guess they have this online activation now and your account was remade to have both.

If you have a iLok key, I would assume licenses are there still.
- if saying offline computer having licenses

Assume online licenses would not be called "offline computer".

Talk to PACE about it.
