I'm hoping that I'm misunderstanding this --
I got the notification of S1's update to v6.2 today and visited their 'Community' to check out details and see what users had to say about the good/bad/ugly of it.
It now basically locks out everyone who isn't an active member of their renamed subscription plan.
I've rarely visited in the past, mostly just to check out updates and get a few specific answers to narrow questions.
It looks like that's all behind the wall now.
It looks like you can find specific posts if you can guess the right keywords, but can't get to threads. I can't find a discussion of the 6.2 update at all.
I've paid for S1 since the very first version, but I guess that's not enough now?
It's not the end of the world for me, but it's stunningly cynical of them. Like every good forum it was an on-going resource for all users, a repository of knowledge that might take some of the load off of their support team. And was mostly user-generated wisdom, not corporate wisdom.
This change seems unwise.
Unless, like I said, I've totally misunderstood here.

Interesting.
When I log in to MyPresonus, I get this as a header:
'With your free MyPreSonus account, you can browse the latest community posts. To join the conversation you'll need to have an active Studio One+ membership.'
The latest posts are about a day's worth.
At the bottom of the right-hand pane is a link labelled:
'Upgrade to see more'
which takes you to a subscription page.
In the left-hand pane, there are hashtags (#) for topic categories. You get to see about a dozen posts, then, the upgrade link again.
My experience is starkly different from yours, and not at all like it was the last time I hit their forum.
Do y'all see headers with topics under them?

I get the same header. But only if I go to MyPresonus —> Community. I don‘t think this is the „official“ community and I never used this path before.GreyLion wrote: Fri Jul 21, 2023 1:11 am Interesting.

Official forums can be reached via https://forums.presonus.com - as usual, and I still can start a conversation and contribute.

Though -- I'm not sure why they'd lead anyone down this path in MyPresonus like that.
I pretty much always log in before trying to access stuff.
I hope this isn't a glimpse of things to come...
For information's sake, here the link that takes you to the 'bad' forum. Even without the lockout, the structure is really uninviting, imho.

I have the same message as the OP when I login to my account. I have clicked on my Studio One 6 Professional product and the only forum you can access is to Studio One+ and I am not a member.

I think a major contributor to the issue/confusion is... we are used to using the top-menu in order to have access to all available functions - but websites are typically different in that regard - the top menu only offers whatever the site-owner wants you to look at first.
To access the rest of the whole site (i.e. all available sub-pages) however, you have to either use another menu that pops-up via a little button somewhere at the top or the full menu is at the bottom - and the latter is the case with presonus:
