You can. What you need is a virtual audio driver like Blackhole (Mac). Select it as your DAWs output (in which you have an Audio track with reverb, Monitoring must be Switched on) and Zooms input.
I am sure there are virtual audio drivers for Windows too.

I've already got BH installed on my Mac.
You mention Zoom but I guess it's the same for Teams? I'll give it a try tomorrow when I'm back in my studio.

i was gonna do similar but with input and output as i do it that way.

log in on your computer and your phone simultaneously, with both mics on. Works every time, and does a perfect job of annoying everyone else on the call.

Run into the bathroom and talk loud whenever you want reverb.
