I am looking for a vst or sound library, that hast inspiring vocal sounds, hooks, phrases or fx for my music.

Is there any you can recomand?

Black Octopus Ill Esha (female vocal) is one I've used quite a bit. It has some usefully categorized sounds including FX, spoken phrases, sung phrases, vocal drum sounds and others. They might do vocal themed sales where you can get several such libraries.
