This is a limiter / soft clipper with an EQ.
Try D16 frontier free limiter, or if you have Waves bundles, usually have the L1, or any other non-mastering limiter / soft clipper.
For eq, well just use any digital eq.

It’s bad to start with and sounds worse after.

But that’s not the plugin’s fault.
