I'm looking for a plugin/software that can take the audio of a drum loop and rearrange the order of the drums.
But, im wanting a live midi-out function from the detected slices, so I can trigger hardware (drum machine) with the midi.
So far I have found Steinbergs LoopMash, AudioModerns LoopMix and SugarBytes Looperator. Accosonus Rhythmiq and New Sonic Arts Vice, Transfuser 2.
However I do not know if any of these do midi-out from the detected transients. Most definitely do midi-in though.
Anyone have any of these and can confirm, or know of a rearranger that does have midi out?

It is no easy feat for DAWs to create MIDI from audio. Many, like Ableton have ways to convert audio clips to MIDI notes, but it is never real-time. Which seems to be what you're looking for?
You could try a combination of one of the loop mashers you mentioned and an instance of Vochlea behind it, which is a pretty well-working Audio-to-MIDI converter. It might take a bit of routing and side-chaining to get this to work and it might create a lot of latency, but this seems to be the way.
There is also DODO, which is a free real-time converter VST, but it might not be as accurate. https://dodobirdmusic.com/dodo-midi/

Thanks for the reply. Maybe not-real time. I was thinking loading a loop in, looping it and sending the midi loop out. So the audio to midi is precalculated and just looped (then the loop shuffled). http://www.livelab.dk/liveslice.php (http://www.livelab.dk/liveslice.php) is the only one I found that explicitly mentions "midi out", but there is no shuffling/rearranging option here.
