I've been using Reaper for several years and I'm happy with it, but I've accidentally created a large folder of projects that are just a riff or two. I know I can trim & render them and move them to a loop repository, but that requires a few steps that I'd like to avoid.
What I'm looking for is an action or daw (reaper or something else) where i can trim the item and right-click to render it as a loop and send it to the loop directory all in one move, without having to move files around manually in Explorer.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Looking for a quick loop solution

You could create a Custom Action in Reaper, chain individual action steps like trim > render > move/save file to... .

Good idea! I followed your suggestion, and I have a rudimentary solution in place. Odd behavior though, as the render successfully saves to my designated folder only 1/3 of the time. I'll have to reach out to the reaper forum I suppose. Thanks for getting me started
