WOW!! That sounds pretty sketchy. I think I'll leave this one alone. Not like I'm hurting for distortion plugins anyway......LOL!!

Nothing sketchy, it's legit. It says at the bottom of the FMD page to "Become a patron to get exclusive content and download the FMD without the demo screen"

Hey guys, the slot machine is annoying, but nothing sketchy going on there. it pops up after 3mins - It's just a nag screen that brings you to my website. After winning 1 time you can exit and when it pops up again you can exit without winning. There's a build on Patreon without the slot machine but the free version does the same job. Sure, I don't have an online store, but you can name your price on Patreon. Whatever you think its worth you can pledge and cancel anytime.

Ever heard of gumroad, mensla?

A lot of Indy devs, especially from the 2D/3D universe, sell their stuff there.

You can also offer "pay what you want" over there.

Looks cool and I can add it there, but i actually never intended to sell this plugin or have a free/paid version. The slot machine is just a stupid thing i put in to have a link back to the site. As a small thanks i put a build without the casino on the patreon, but the patreon is more for ppl who wana support the projects and get presets for my other plugin. If you're reading this and want the build without the casino, hit me up and ill send it for free

FMD does sound good, perhaps you can consider adding some modulation or randomness features so that the output has some more "life" to it. I love a few drops of controlled chaos haha

And maybe a filter envelope too, I'm just being greedy haha, but yeah good filters can really bring so much beefyness to an otherwise dull sound. Your video demo sounds Dance Floor ready

Thanks! I have some plans to update it, some filters before the distortion can be good and maybe some oversampling. maybe a craps table aswell, we will see
