Hi,
I am looking for a software or application that I could work with both DAW's in parallel, is it possible at all?
basically, I want to be able to open Audio and Midi tracks on both.
if its just a dream of mine, at least send Audio from Audio Track in Ableton to an Audio Track in Logic, and send midi notes(only notes, not sound) to an MIDI track on Logic and arm it with the instruments and fx and set all Automatons on Logic side.
Please share any ideas,
I tried rewire but because I can't load any Instrument on AUX track I prefer not using that.
blue cat connector - did't work for unknown reason (at least with demo version)

You can use:
1. ableton link in logic to sync both daws
2. virtual midi devices in logic pro
3. blackhole loopback device to send audio between apps https://github.com/ExistentialAudio/BlackHole

2. virtual midi (is is a free software?) in Logic too? record midi notes from Ableton midi track ?

I haven't used all of them, but only the blackhole.
Blackhole is a virtual loopback device.
You can basically send audio to output and read it from input.
Say you want to record Apple Music into Logic, you send output to Blackhole from Apple music, and record it in Logic as a regular audio input from the Blackhole device. Same with Ableton to Logic, or any two apps that control over their input and output.
As I said, I used it and it worked well, it is open source and free.

I think you can send audio and midi between Live and Logic by creating ports and routing them appropriately in the macOS Audio MIDI Setup utility. Been a while since I did it, could be Soundflower was involved too.

For audio I use Bluecat Connector. Midi works with IAC in AudioMidi Setup, But Bluecat Connector can do Midi as well…
In me set I connect Mainstage to Bitwig. The technologies involved are the same…
