Apologies if this is an uninformed question and the one device that does rhythmic effect triggering is staring me in the face. But outside of convoluted Eurorack solutions, I haven't found any multi-effects that also have sequencers - especially with as many effects as Infiltrator 2 or Effectrix.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Does a rhythmic multi-effect like Infiltrator of Effectrix exist as hardware?

This is why Elektron needs to add their trademark step sequencer to the Heat +FX, but alas...
What about the Empress ZOIA? I've never owned/used one, but I'm pretty sure it does rhythmic effects.

On the 'modular hardware' front, a Nord Micro Modular would also work. Also judicious use of things like the DSI Evolver.

Yeah, I was going to mention the Adrenalinn. I had one for a while. I always felt it could have been a bit better, though.
