I was literally just going over the Lofi-12 and pondering what I felt was missing when I got the email that Sonicware is kickstarting an XT version based on the Sampltek hardware so just a heads up if you missed it:

No surprise it's already funded. Planned release April 2024... So I'm hoping at the latest in a year? With Sonicware you really feel the love for their little 'projects-turned-products'. No frills, no hipster-markup, just fun little boxes that do their thing.

Nice improvements. I've considered the LoFi 12 a few times, but have never pulled the trigger. The XT is definitely something I'll be watching for.

Wow. Been looking at some of Sonicware's gear. In particular, Liven XFM, Liven 8bit Warps and the new Mega Synthesis. Pretty impressive stuff for the price.
I would prefer them all in this form factor though, but I guess double the price.
