Getting Youtube image to "play" for duration of a song

Just trying out creating my You Tube channel.

I've uploaded the "video" (really just audio) by exporting video from Cubase. I added a thumbnail.

While the thumbnail shows up on Youtube, as soon as you play it's replaced by a blank screen. How do I get it so that static image remains while playing?

you have to make a video, making the image the length of however long you want to see it.
whichever OS you're on very probably has a basic 'movie maker' application.
but w. FCP it's as easy as this:

thanks for the tip, I've got Windows 11, apparently you can do it in Photos Legacy.

I've used the free Video to Video convertor, select images to video and you can add an audio track. It only plays as long as the images last, so you need to copy and paste the images on your hard drive so you can load them in video to video quicker and then essentially load many images which will play long enough.

Another feature it has is audio/video mux so you can make an images to video thing first then select this one and it can stop on the shorter stream.

I used to use movie maker when i was on vista but then they started charging.
