Well, I've read how bad support is currently with iZotope, and I guess N-I as well. But it's pretty awful they are taking people's money when their website doesn't work the access the purchase!

I purchased RX 10 Elements over the weekend at izotope.com. I received my PayPal receipt. Haven't received the confirmation email and the software doesn't show in my account under purchase history or in my software library. Nearly impossible to figure out support. Finally contacted N-I support but haven't heard back. I'm thinking I should just try to get a refund from PayPal? Crazy was to do business.
