Self Publishing - getting your ducks in a row.

Hey all, we're getting ready to release our second EP and I want to get the steps for self-publishing and distribution right. So any tips appreciated. These are the services I use and how I think it's supposed to go.

1. Send to Spotify for playlists seven days before release.
2. Upload to CDBaby for distribution plus getting UPC and ISRC codes.
3. Upload to Bandcamp include the UPC and ISRC from CDBaby.
4. Send to CD duplicator and include UPC and ISRC for duplication and printing.
5. Profit!

We've already claimed our name etc on the various streaming platforms as this is our second release. If anyone is reading this after a search do this first!
Anything I'm missing or any order I need to change? Any additional steps I should add? Thanks in advance!
